These terms cover affreedom.org and the Affreedom Research workspace on its subdomain. Both are operated by one individual, not a registered company. By using either, you accept what follows.
1. This site
affreedom.org is documentation for the workspace and for its use of the Google Ads API. It is provided as is, with no warranty, and may change without notice. Nothing on it is advice — commercial, legal, financial or otherwise — and nothing on it is an offer to provide a service to anyone.
2. The workspace is private
research.affreedom.org is internal tooling for one operator. There is no public sign-up, no trial, and no paid plan. Accounts are created by hand and a new account sees nothing until it is approved. If you have been given an account:
- Your login is yours alone. Do not share it or let anyone else use it.
- Any affiliate network credential you add is used only for your own account’s work. It is stored encrypted and is never displayed back to you or to anyone else.
- Data in the workspace is for evaluating programmes. Do not republish, redistribute or resell it.
- Do not use the workspace to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- The operator may suspend or remove an account at any time, for any reason.
3. Google Ads API use
The workspace’s use of the Google Ads API is governed by the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and Google’s policies, which take precedence over these terms on anything they cover. Specifically, and as described on safeguards:
- Only Google Ads accounts owned by the operator are accessed.
- No advertising service is provided to any third party, and no Google Ads data is resold or redistributed.
- No payment is initiated, no payment method changed, and no billing setup edited.
- No Google Ads account is created through the API, and no attempt is made to work around policy review.
- If any of that changes, the appropriate access level and permissible use will be applied for before it does.
4. Accuracy of figures
Figures in the workspace come from affiliate network APIs, public pages, and third-party estimates. Estimates are labelled as estimates and inferred values are labelled as inferred — see data sources — but no figure is guaranteed to be current or correct. Verify anything you act on against the network or merchant directly.
5. Third-party names
Google, Google Ads, Anthropic Claude, and the names of affiliate networks and merchants are the property of their respective owners and are used here descriptively only. This operation is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any of them.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or the workspace, including decisions made on the basis of figures shown in it, or from any interruption of either service.
7. Privacy
How data is handled is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which form part of these terms.
